Excellent attention and follow-up.

Having worked with CVision PDF Compressor for nearly 5 years the CVision PDF Compressor Professional Version 8 is an excellent efficient batch automation tool that provides rapid document data conversions. Data Compression Technologies of PDF documents optimized space by approximately 30% while adding Business Intelligence of full text searching of documents. I highly recommend using this tool for all data compression requirements as simplicity in configuration enables job setup in minutes while optimizing quality compression, enhanced readability and same file name PDF output. The software doesn't download, just gets slower and slower and slower until your PC decides it just isn't happening. Tried on different PCs, different connections.

Have been a Cvision client for quite some time now. Any time we have needed help in licensing or support they always react right away. Nothing more needs to said, they react to your concerns.

I like the way we can compress PDF and how we can search for them later . It is great way to communicate with clients, and be utilized within organization. It will be cost effective and save money.

We have been using cvision for many years and have been very happy with the solution it provides in allowing us to manage our high volume of scanning.

Great sotware.

While Phantom FOXIT PDF software is quite good, the company customer service is atrocious. I have tried emailing, using their direct connection service via their website and even tired posting on their FB page. Nothing it seems will stir them from their slumbers. So my dilemma here is while I would say the actual software does what it says on lid, do not expect any customer support – they really are hopeless. Even cutting them slack for COVID-19 they kept me waiting for over one month to reply, what is going on? Finally I got ‘something back’ but that just faded away too. If you want to connect with these people, it’s probably easier to call Elvis.

The company is not trustworthy. They sent us the trial key which expired and we did not move forward because of a bug in the software. They created some invoice and sent it to collection!! How can you create and send invoice to collection if you never gave the production key?
